SHAUN LEE BRYANT

Bots that never clock out of work.

We install bots that handle the busywork forever — drafts, chases, filings, follow-ups — with hard guardrails.

Is your business staying competitive?

I’m Shaun — I automate the dull loops

Shaun Lee Bryant. Solo operator, Singapore. Trading as Perpetual Bots / Perpetual Bots Pte. Ltd. Devoted to AI automation for businesses — installing Grok Bot teammates with guardrails on tools you already pay for.

Not an agency. Just focused work. You own the seat. Human yes on money, legal, and customer sends.

One client at a time. Full attention.

I work with one business at a time, so your project gets my undivided attention. No juggling clients, no diluted focus. I turn away new jobs until it's complete and you're satisfied.

Business case first

Automation that pays for itself

We quantify costs before anything is built, then measure your savings after.

Hours your team spends

We map the dull work as it runs: Email, Sheets, updates, and how much time your team spends on each task.

Is there a real return?

Messy processes are normal. We still need a clear business case. If ROI isn’t there, we stop — no pressure to continue.

AI Equipped Team

Same headcount. Less busywork. The hours you get back pay for the bot.

Outcomes

What better looks like

Time back

Hours return to the work that matters

Less retyping between WhatsApp and sheets. Your people do the judgment calls — not the chase.

Fewer errors

Same loop, cleaner every time

Bots don’t forget the nudge or paste the wrong amount. You still approve what goes to a customer.

Clear ROI

Justification to shareholders

Baseline → after. Clear Business Savings Report provided.

Built for how traditional teams actually work

Take your business up a notch by adopting automation. Process before tech. Different industries, same pattern: dull loops that scale worse than the business.

  • Consulting firmsProposal chase, research admin, client updates
  • Migration advisory firmsCase packs, status loops, document handoffs
  • Accounting practicesInbox, reminders, Xero-adjacent dull work
  • Insurance & real estate teamsFollow-ups, portals, pipeline nudges
  • Online stores & dropshippersOrder noise, supplier chase, reply drafts
  • F&B / opsOps admin, logs, shift handoffs
  • And moreIf the loop is dull and measurable, we’ll talk

Common loops

What Shaun usually automates first

Grokbot works on tools and software you already have.

Inbox

Triage & drafts

Sorts threads, drafts replies, flags what needs you. You still send.

Invoicing

Chase & sync

Reminds and logs against Xero / sheets — money waits for your yes.

Follow-ups

Sales & ops nudges

Quotes and open loops don’t die in chat. Queued nudges, human gate on.

Hiring

Screen & schedule

First-pass screening and calendar juggling — you meet the shortlist.

Vendor portals

Browser work, no API

Where there’s no integration, the bot still drives the dull clicks — with your rules.

F&B / ops admin

Orders, logs, handoffs

Admin that eats the shift — logged, nudged, and handed back clean.

How I work — Lean and clear

Start on WhatsApp. Book a date where I observe real work. Propose a path. Install a pilot. Measure and optimise.

  1. Discovery

Connect via form or WhatsApp. Share with us the dull work and what you want automated.

A short conversation. We map the dull loops and whether a bot fits. No technical quiz.

    Start on WhatsApp
  2. Assessment

I watch how the work actually happens — tools, handoffs, exceptions. No guesswork.

  3. Install

One Grokbot team. Defined guardrails and happy paths.

  4. Measure

Determine savings to your business. 3-month hypercare.

How I get paid

My fees

Two fixed packages, plus a featured Gain-Share path when measured savings and staffing redesign fit. Software seats are never inside the fee.

Software seats are never inside your fee. Grok/xAI, Cursor, X API, and similar seats or token usage bill to you — not to Perpetual Bots. Discovery confirms which seats you need.

1 Grokbot Team, 1 Major Task

S$2,400

SGD · one major task · ~1 month

  • One Grokbot team on one major task (may use more than one bot if the loop needs it)
  • Map the loop, guardrails, APIs/tools on your seats
  • 1-month hypercare / watch included
  • Runs perpetually*
  • Training + runbook + handover
  • Savings snapshot at handover
  • Seats never in fee
Ask on WhatsApp

3 Grokbot Teams, 3 Major Tasks

S$7,000

SGD · three major tasks · ~3 months if sequential

  • Three Grokbot teams · three major tasks (bundle vs 3× one-team)
  • Per task: same scope as the 1-team package + browser/no-API where needed
  • 1-month hypercare / watch included per task
  • Runs perpetually*
  • Training + runbook + handover (three runbooks)
  • Seats never in fee
Ask on WhatsApp

*Runs perpetually means the bot keeps running on your side after handover, as long as you keep the required Grok / Cursor / xAI (or equivalent) premium seats active — typically about US$20–$300 per month depending on plan tier. Discovery confirms which seats you need. Perpetual Bots’ fee does not include those seats.

Signing the 3-team package within 30 days of the 1-team signup credits the S$2,400 already paid (pay S$4,600 more).

EDG add-on: For Singapore SMEs exploring government co-funding, I can prepare an EDG support letter / invoice pack (document support only — not a grant application and not a guarantee of approval). Ask in Discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Fees & packages

How much does this cost — and what is not in the fee?

1 Grokbot Team, 1 Major Task is S$2,400. 3 Grokbot Teams, 3 Major Tasks is S$7,000. Your fee is design, install, guardrails, 1-month hypercare / watch per task, training, and handover. Not included: Grok / xAI, Cursor, X, or any other model/API seats and token usage — typically about US$20–$300 per month depending on plan tier. Those bill to you. After Discovery I will tell you which seats you need. No Ops retainer on the site — the fixed packages stand alone.

How do you prove it pays for itself?

Hours and cost are baselined before install. After handover you get a Measured Savings snapshot (1-team package) or the same per task (3-team package). If the economic case isn’t there in Discovery, I decline the job.

1-team vs 3-team — which should we pick?

1 Grokbot Team, 1 Major Task if you have one painful loop and want proof with guardrails. 3 Grokbot Teams, 3 Major Tasks if you already know three loops and want the bundle rate. The 1-team fee credits into the 3-team package only if you sign within 30 days of signup. After that, the 1-team fee is paid and done.

What is Gain-Share, and why isn’t there a fixed price?

25% of measured savings for 12 months. The dollar amount is quoted after Discovery, once the baseline is on paper. This path is not “keep the whole admin office and add a bot.” It usually means a staffing change: 1–2 prompt / ops engineers instead of a large admin pile. If you want the office unchanged, use the two fixed packages.

GST, invoices, Singapore vs overseas?

Fees are in SGD. GST only if the invoice says so. Discovery is the place to confirm billing entity and whether remote-only is enough for your stack.

Can you help with an EDG support letter?

For Singapore SMEs exploring government co-funding, I can prepare an EDG support letter / invoice pack. That is document support only — you apply; it is not a grant application by me and not a guarantee of approval. Ask in Discovery.

How it works

How long until we see something working?

Setup for a loop is 1–2 days. Then I watch it for the rest of that month before handover. One loop ≈ one month. Three loops ≈ three months if we run them one after another. I do not compress three loops into one month for the bundle price.

We’re not technical. Does that matter?

No. Discovery is a plain talk about the dull loop. I install on your stack, write a short runbook, train the person who owns the yes, and hand over. If you can describe the work, we can scope it.

Our process is messy. Can you still automate it?

Messy is normal. I watch how the work actually runs — including exceptions — before anything is built. If the loop has no happy path and no owner, I will say so and we stop. The bot fits the work. We don’t invent a clean process you won’t follow.

Can this work if we only live in email, WhatsApp, Excel, and Xero?

That’s the usual stack. No API is not a stop. Browser-driven admin is in scope when we agree the clicks and the gates.

What do you need from us during the month?

A named owner for the human yes, access to the tools on your seats, and time for one observation of the real loop (not a slide deck). If nobody owns send/pay, I won’t install.

Ownership & risk

Will the bot email customers, pay invoices, or post live on its own?

No — unless you switch that on. Default: the bot drafts, chases, files, and preps. Send, pay, delete, and publish wait for a named human yes. Money, legal, and customer-facing actions stay gated.

Who owns the bots, logins, and runbooks when you’re done?

You do. Work runs on your accounts. You keep the credentials, the runbook, and the right to turn a gate on or off. I don’t hold your customer list or your wallet.

You’re one person. What if you’re busy or we need you later?

Yes — just me. One client at a time. When I’m in your install month, I turn other work away. There is no 24/7 Ops package. After handover, extra loops or a new watch month are a new quote. I am not an on-call helpdesk.

What if the bot breaks, an API changes, or a staff member clicks the wrong thing?

During the watch month I review failures and tighten the happy path. After handover, the runbook says who to ask inside your team. Model/vendor outages are on the vendor. Guardrails are there so a bad draft should not become a live email or a payment unless someone approved it.

Is our data safe? Do you train models on our files?

Work stays in your tools and seats. I don’t need custody of funds. I don’t use your customer data to build a product for someone else. Don’t put secrets in chat logs; the runbook will say what the bot is allowed to see.

Are you available for industries other than professional services / F&B / shops?

If the pain is retyping, chasing, filing, or portal-clicking, yes. If the pain is a new core system, a data warehouse, or replacing your accountant, no.

Discovery & admin

What happens in the free Discovery?

About 20 minutes. You describe the dull loop and what it costs. I say whether it’s a 1-team package, 3-team package, Gain-Share, or an honest no. No build starts on that call.

Do we have to buy new software?

No new “automation SaaS.” The bot works on tools you already use (WhatsApp, Gmail/Outlook, sheets, Xero, calendars, vendor sites). You will need your own Grok/Cursor (and similar) seats. That is separate from my fee.
